Purpose and legal basis
To answer your quote request and perform the service ordered (pre-contractual steps and contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recipients
ABC Translation staff and, to perform the service, the translator or interpreter assigned to your file, bound by professional secrecy.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months; documents linked to an order are kept for as long as needed for the service and legal obligations.
